  I used to grab food here after work late night since it's open late. Before I was a regular there, my food was frequently messed up but it was fixed pretty readily. After I became a regular my food was rarely messed up but I was frequently bothered to fill out positive surveys after each order (probably because the survey numbers clearly visible to customers waiting for the food on their whiteboard were doing poorly) and the next time I called and complained about my order after taking it home I was told off by the manager that made it because it was "melted perfectly" and she hung up. I don't care about the quality! It's fast food! I just want it the way I ordered it. When I called back I was told by another associate to "come on man". When it became clear I wasn't going to get the food I ordered and paid for I gave up. Not going back.
