  Arrived at this location after being on the road for 12hrs. Drive thru line was 10 cars deep so my daughter (11yr) and I went inside to eat before checking into our hotel. There was a large group of teens inside that were out of control. Place order quickly, bit waited over 15min to get it. The staff was playing around and drinking milkshakes while the teens were shouting profanities at each other.
  Receive food and decided not to stay to eat because of this. Arrive at the room and we were missing items and the fries we not fully cooked and greasy.

  so here's the deal, all workers were very polite and well trained , however the time on orders was fairly choppy. There was a long line of customers just waiting for their orders inside, it was chaos. The location is unwanting and the lawderyers that stand around it are disgusting. The franchisee should be ashamed. If this store isn't a franchise then McDonald's Corporate should be ashamed. This order wait lasted 15-20 minutes, if we would have went to Wendy's it would have been at the most 5. So get it together Mcdnonalds.

  Very clean and tidy. Friendly staff all working together with smiles. Food was hot and fresh.
